OPERATION - RD ANF PUNJAB
Aim:- To acquaint about the Ops aspects of RD ANF Punjab
Introduction:- To conduct intelligence based effective enforcement to curb narcotics related crimes.
Role & Functions
Monitor and ensure implementation of supply Reduction of Narcotics drugs, psychotropic substances and precursor chemicals as per Anti Narcotics Force strategy to include following:-
- Strategy based planning, execution and operational policy matters
- Intelligence based ground checks, effective enforcement measures and deployment of operational equipment for the Force
- Handle and maintaining seizures and criminal record
- Ensure the functioning / practical operational implementation of the IATF Secretariat
- Coordinating and attend the Inter Agencies Meetings and tacking measures to resolve the prevailing problems
- Coordinating and attending of all types of meetings / seminars/ functions and training relating to enforcement/ operational matters
